Welcome
Welcome to St. Mary’s, the Parish Church of Slindon in the Diocese of Chichester which has been a place of worship for over 900 years.
There is a warmth and friendliness in our church community and we welcome people of all ages to come and join us in our services….whether you would like to just find out more, or embarking on a journey of discovery or have a long standing commitment to the Christian faith.
We have a variety of services so we hope we have something for everyone: including a Family Service featuring musicians and a children’s choir.
St. Mary’s is a Grade 1 listed building situated in the centre of a beautiful village on the edge of the Downs. We aim for St. Mary’s to be both a place of worship and spiritual growth and an attractive venue for community events. Over the last decade, we have undertaken and completed a major project to upgrade the church facilities for the 21st century. Our continuing desire is to realise the creative potential of this beautiful building for the many people who value its wonderful heritage. Click here for more information.
